Hi! I’m Michela from Italy but you can call me Michi.

I am a Freelance Digital Illustrator with a deep-seated passion for art and drawing. From a young age, I've been influenced by the enchanting worlds of Disney and Pixar animation movies, the distinctive style of Japanese animation, as well as the immersive realms of video games and fantasy literature. 
This lifelong passion guided my academic journey, from a degree in Graphics Design to a 2D Animation course at the International School of Comics in Rome where I honed my artistic and technical skills which have provided me with a solid foundation for my career in digital illustration.

I'm specializing in creating commissioned illustrations. My passion is bringing to life the original stories created by the authors I collaborate with, I love bringing characters and their adventures to life, contributing to best express the writers' vision.
I often work with independent authors and small publishing houses, providing them with unique and customized illustrations that capture the essence of their characters and narratives and so helping independent authors and small publishing houses visualize and promote their stories.

I dedicate myself with passion and commitment to each project, striving to create illustrations that not only meet but exceed the authors' expectations. I am proud of my work and the opportunity to contribute to the realization of authors' stories, bringing their characters to life through art.
